Dear Friends and Readers,
Ten years ago, I started an experiment in consistency largely to blog about progress of the Millennium Development Goals.
With friends from Ghana, Kenya, Ethiopia, Egypt and Nigeria, we developed the MDGsinAfrica Blog to showcase progress on the MDGs.
We also shared several opportunities and success stories of social entrepreneurs working on MDG-related projects.
A number of readers were selected for the Commonwealth Discovering Young Leaders Program in 2012 and the blog was shortlisted for the World Summit Youth Award in 2013.

In 2015, we pivoted to highlighting new financing for development in African markets as F4DAfrica.

Since then, several institutions and organizations have been created and/or expanded to spur domestic and foreign investments across different sectors in Africa.
Today, I am pleased to share with you that our original and evolved missions have largely been accomplished and the interesting experiment in consistency that lasted a decade ends today.
On behalf of every member of the team over the last ten years, I am grateful to all individuals and institutions who supported this fascinating journey.
Merci beaucoup!
Many thanks!
Abiodun Awosusi
