UN chief: Achieving UN anti-poverty goals at risk because of declining aid to poor countries

UNITED NATIONS — U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon warned Thursday that the
first decline in international aid to developing countries in years is
jeopardizing the U.N. goal of reducing poverty by 2015 in many countries.
